The Clash Between Psychic and Ice

So this is the second commission to the person who ordered the last pictures I posted, of Mario and Luigi chasing the Smash ball. This is a mini digital painting of Gardevoir and Glaceon fighting in a pokemon battle :> 

Man I still lol the chalk brush, it just gives it this cute children's story book look, and I don't try too it's just the brush, lolol I love it idk. 

but yeah I don't have a ton to say about this, other than the fact that Gardevoir is like one of my top three favorite psychic types so it was really cool drawing her/him.  and Glaceon may not be my favorite Eevee evolution but it sure was fun to draw and I do like the design for that pokemon. So it was cool bean, also ice is fun XD 

when I first envisioned this picture it was more of a boring set up and I didn't really much like it, but This one was much cooler so I'm glad I thought of it last minute after I already did the other sketch, so I wasn't far enough in the original drawing to keep going, so I changed it to this layout and angle and I'm really happy with it. :>

So can you guess what pokemon is using what attack move?! hahahah X>
