Ivy-Time lord Request

This guy, Asked me to do a mini meme Picture to ether make you or one of your OC's a time lord. I used my Character Ivy (lily's sister) And changed her outfit and her hair is not in curls. I based this out fit off of her own, I just changed it a bit. Now instead of making like a Time lord thing or Doctor who kind of thing, I made her Based off of like Father Time or something. So I gave her clocks and hour glasses and clock cogs and stuff. I don't really like this that much, compared to some of my other pics but I made it.
